We want you to love your Alice and Wonder finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure we keep our inventory fresh and curated.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or visit any authorized drop-off location within 7 days of generating your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at our Chicago warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a small return shipping fee.
